Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan has passed away.
Khan was admitted to the ICU of a city hospital following a stomach pain and breath his last on Wednesday, today.
Giving this information, his spokesman said that the 53-year-old actor was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.
He was diagnosed with cancer in 2018.
Khan’s 95-year-old mother Saida Begum died in Jaipur three days ago.
The actor was unable to attend his mother’s funeral due to a lockdown imposed to confront Coronavirus.
Returning in 2019 after recovering from a cancerous disease, the actor shot the film ‘Aid’ English Medium.
He is popularly known for his bold personality and most matured performances in Tele serials and films.
