Record holder Kami Rita Sherpa has scaled Mount Everest for the 25th time, beating his own record.

Kami Rita Sherpa, 51, climbed the mountain with 11 other Sherpa climbers for rope fixing, tourism official Mira Acharya said.

The proud moment took place on Friday at around 6 pm and has received a very good media coverage worldwide.
Huge Congratulations to Kami Rita Sherpa for your 25th historical ascent of Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) – 8848.86m.

The other members of Everest fixing team 2021 include Tenjing Sherpa, Mingma tenje Sherpa, Mingma Dorchi Sherpa, Phurtenje Sherpa, Lakpa Nurbu Sherpa, Ngima Tashi Sherpa, Fura Tshering Sherpa, Phurba Chhotar Sherpa, Chheten Dorjee Sherpa, Tenging Gyaljen Sherpa and Furba kusang Sherpa.

Kami had a family pressure not to scale again after an avalanche near his camp in 2015 swept away 19 mountaineers.

Following the rope fixing, it becomes much easier for other submitters and mountaineers to ascent the mountain which is a very difficult task, many fail in first and other attempts.

Kami a proud Sherpa and mountaineer has been working with Seven Summit trekking agency and has conquered many other peaks too.
