Limpiyadhura, Kalapani and Lipulekh Belong to Nepal: President Bhandari

President Bidya Devi Bhandari has said that Limpiyadhura, Kalapani and Lipulekh belonged to Nepal.

President Bhandari, made it clear that Limpiyadhura, Lipulekh and Kalapani were the parts of Nepal while presenting the policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2077/78.

“Limpiyadhura, Kalapani and Lipulekh are ours and appropriate diplomatic measures will be adopted to resolve existing issues,” president Bhandari stressed.

The president also said that a new political map will be issued incorporating all these Territories.

Nationwide protests were seen following the Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurating a linking road to Mansarovar in Tibet of China via Nepalese territory Lipulekh.

This move of the Indian Rulers has aroused bitterness in the hearts of the Nepalese youths taking to the street inspite of lockdown levied to curb covid-19 pandemic.

President’s budget speech has pacified the boiling nationality to a great extend but the implementing part is yet to be witnessed.
