Narayan Singh Khadka to be New Foreign Minister, 11 Ambassadors Being Called Back

The alliance meeting ruling government has decided to send Nepali Congress leader Narayan Singh Khadka in the cabinet as the new Minister for Foreign Affairs.

The meeting held on Tuesday in Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar decided to expand the cabinet with leader Khadka taking oath of office on Wednesday.

He was involved in Students politics of Nepali Congress since 2023 BS and has done his PhD from Pune University in Maharashtra of India.

He is also the central committee member of Nepali Congress.

The meeting also decided to call back the ambassadors serving different foreign countries, sent by the earlier Oli government.

The ambassadors being called back home are Bamshidhar Mishra, Bangladesh; Mahendra Bahadur Pandey, China; Nilambar Aacharya, India; Youraj Khatiwada, America; Sharmila Parajuli Dhakal, Oman; Naradnath Bharadwaj, Qatar; Dawa Futi Sherpa, Spain; Nirmal Kumar Biswakarma, South Africa; Uday Raj Pandey, Malaysia; Anjan Shakya, Israel and Lokdarshan Regmi, UK.
