Newly Elected Central Committee of Maoist Centre Postponed Until Jan 9

Newly elected CPN(Maoist Centre) central committee meeting has been postponed until January 9.

The central committee meeting held on Monday was postponed after re-electing Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ , as the new chairperson.

The meeting was postponed as the sick senior leader Barshaman Pun, who is undergoing treatment in China is suppose to attend the first meeting.

The 8th national conference of the party held at Pragya pratisthan in Kathmandu had elected 237 central members.

The remaining 15 percent of the central committee will appointed soon.
