Opposition alliance has urged all to strongly move ahead against the President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Oli’s move to again dissolve the house of representatives.
Releasing a press note after a meeting in Baneshwor of Kathmandu, this morning, the leaders unanimously expressed that the everybody needed to unite against the regressive move which is against the sentiment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, Inclusive Democracy and defense of Nepal’s good brought by the struggle and sacrifice of the Nepali people.
The press release is signed by Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN(Maoist Centre) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, CPN(UML) disgruntled senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, Janta Samajbadi Party Nepal Chair Upendra Yadav and Rastriya Jan Morcha Vice-president Durga Poudel.
The opposition political parties got furious after president Bhandari dissolved the house of representatives upon the recommendation of the Prime Minister and declared elections, even though there were chances of forming a majority government.
But the government is not paying any heed to the present situation in which covid-19 had taken its toll with worse health conditions in the country.
