Earlier, though there were many candidates in the race, Surendra Basnet and Pancha Singh were the main contenders.
Thousands of students from across the country have thronged the capital to participate in the national conference.
Who is Pancha Singh
Pancha Singh was born in Mahawai of Kalikot district in Karnali province and lived a underground life since 2058 BS.
Throughout her underground life she had been in the student’s organization.
During the 21st national conference she was elected the vice-president of the organization.
